Weeks ago I went to a Musical – Theatrical Show at WSHS put on by the various choruses (or is that chorusi?) and theater groups. I very much enjoyed it. Of course, the music had a completely different meaning/ambience for me since I think I actually lived part of it. Sigh.
The light was awful. Whine. Whine. Whine. I just don’t know my camera well enough yet. It takes great shots at very low light (ISO 12800!!!) but there is a lot of operator error involved. I will prevail! I took a few hundred snaps but haven’t gotten any of them even sorted yet. But, that’s just the first of about three shows I haven’t gone through. There just isn’t enough time to work at the same time as having a hobby. I need to start focusing (pun intended) on my hobby so I can get better. I am watching a couple of sites with great interest. One is from a superb photographer in Sweden, Amy on her Archerfoto site and another from a baseball season acquaintance, who is revving up the shutter clicks on her new “one a day” site with a couple of her friends.
It’s snowing here? Do I take pictures or nap? Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
