Flowers – HDR

Haven’t been out much lately to just take pictures so when I was working in the yard around sunrise, I decided to stop and take a couple of snaps. I chose flowers, which aren’t all that “dynamic,” because that’s pretty much what I had in the yard. Well, maybe not, but that’s what I shot. […]

Is the last one, the purple flower the one you went “overboard” on? I think it’s very nice! It’s possible you might get that surreal, cool structure that you’ve got, but have a slightly less intense effect (more realistic?) if you cut back a bit on the blues and left everything else as it is. This is a really beautiful frame with the natural rays pushing through the branches and light fog. Really well captured.

And they had the planforms of the real aircraft. They were electric and had high speed (45,000 RPM!) fans. I think the pilot said they […]

Those are cool! I’m surprised that Arik hasn’t gotten into these. I guess he’s just more the car type! Maybe he doesn’t know about the 45,000 rpm bit? Rpm’s always jazz him!! Good pix of those fast moving little suckers!! (Only 20 days to go, Bro!)
