It’s Fall and, of course, I’m sick

I think that all of the leaves will be off the trees by the weekend. We’ve had rain, wind and weird temperatures–it’s warm!! And my fall allergies are in full throttle. Whine. I haven’t really been out but looked out the back door and took one quick snap that sort of sums up the mood. […]

Looks like the stuff on my front porch! 🙂 The leaves don’t stay pretty very long, do they? Then everything is brown. I hate winter.

Red Leaves At Night

We were on an evening walk. The red leaves on the ground caught my eye. I boosted the ISO to 8000 and took the shot at f/4.0 and 1/60. Not quite as captivating as in person…so. I missed something. I’ll have to come back to it.

That’s kind of a puny grasshopper compared to the one I found in my veggie garden the other day! The vines DO looks like something out of a tropical jungle! I will enjoy all the “green” thru your snaps and settle for my “brown” world out here.

Old Town Flowers!

Yesterday it was pouring down rain and so we only walked around in the market for a while – without a camera. But Chris inspired me to put a flower up and this flower is from an Old Town garden we walked through when we were there a week ago. I am reminded that I’m […]
